Main site — China
A production complex of 10,800 m². Declared capacity is up to 15,000 seismic isolators per year. Full cycle: from rubber compound preparation to testing of the finished product.
Manufacturing
The reliability of a device is created in production: from the rubber compound and the quality of steel to vulcanisation, assembly, marking and testing of the finished batch.

Sites
A production complex of 10,800 m². Declared capacity is up to 15,000 seismic isolators per year. Full cycle: from rubber compound preparation to testing of the finished product.
A production site of 8,500 m². Design capacity is up to 30,000 units per year. It serves the European and Middle Eastern markets.
Manufacturing cycle
Verification of steel, rubber components, lead and seal batches together with the accompanying documentation.
Cutting and machining of steel plates, preparation of the rubber compound and surface treatment.
Assembly of the stack and maintenance of temperature, pressure and time regimes with parameter logging.
Manufacturing of fixing and bearing elements, application of protective coatings and device assembly.
Control of dimensions, stiffness, load capacity, marking and the document package.
Quality control
Certificates, formulations, physical and mechanical properties and batch identification.
Control of operation parameters and recording of deviations in the production documentation.
Verification of dimensions, alignment, flatness and connecting elements.
Testing of prototypes and sampled units of the production batch to an approved programme.
Marking, product passport, test reports, certificates, storage and installation instructions.

Supply
Before shipment, the schedule, packaging, marking, control points and the list of transferred documents are agreed. Each device retains an identification linked to its design position and inspection results.
Transport and temporary storage conditions take into account the protection of working surfaces, temperature regime and the installation sequence. The specific logistics scheme is defined by the supply project.
Next step
We will prepare the batch composition, testing plan, document requirements and an indicative delivery sequence.
